To place an order on Green Herbs:

  1. Enter the name of the item you’d like to buy in the search bar. You can also browse for products by selecting the category on the left side of your screen
  2. Click on a product to learn more about it or add it to your cart
  3. Click add to cart and proceed to the checkout page
  4. Register or login into your existing account by entering your email and password
  5. Enter your shipping/billing information ensuring your address is complete and accurate
  6. Select a Delivery Method
  7. Choose your preferred Payment Method
  8. Click on Confirm Order to complete your order.

To track the status of your order:

  1. Log into your  account
  2. Select ‘Account’ in the upper right-hand menu
  3. Select ‘Orders’
  4. Find the item you would like to track and click ‘see details
  5. Select the “track item” to display delivery details
  6. You also receive delivery updates via email Account mailbox and App notifications to make it easy to know when your order will be delivered.

Delivery fees vary based on your geographic location delivery method shipment method and the size or category of the product you ordered. You can review delivery fees before placing your order on the product page as well as during checkout
